Working principle：
The mixer is rapidly rotated by two asymmetric spiral plates, and the material is lifted upward to form two asymmetric spiral material flows from the bottom up along the cylinder arm. The spiral revolution driven by the swivel arm makes the material outside the helix enter the stud envelope in different degrees.
Part of the material is staggered and lifted, and the other part of the material is thrown out of the stud, so as to achieve the continuous renewal and diffusion of the material in the full circumference, and the two streams of the material mentioned in the upper part join to the central cavity, forming a general downward material flow, supplementing the bottom hole, thus forming a convectional circulation.
Due to the complexity of the above movement, the material is evenly mixed in a short time, and the degree of mixing is high.
Product characteristics：
● The mixing time is short, the efficiency is high, the efficiency can be improved 2-3 times, the mixing capacity is large, the loading coefficient is 20-30% higher than the drum type, and 25-40% higher than the V-type mixer.
● The mixing accuracy is high, the energy consumption is low, it can be reduced by about half (referring to the unit weight of the material), and the height of the mixer shell is low.
● The bottom discharge is fast, the discharge is clean and sharp, the bottom can be tightly closed, no material leakage, and the mixing dead Angle of the material can be reduced to a lower limit.
